We utilize professional DTG printing through Swift POD, ensuring vibrant and durable prints directly onto garments for high-quality results.

Can I customize designs or create my own?

Yes! One of the advantages of POD is that we are able to redesign / customize each design to your liking. For custom orders please contact us via e-mail.

Are there any discounts or promotions available?

We only run sales for specialized events. However, if you'd like to receive exclusive offers, coupons and discounts you can subscribe to our email!

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we offer 3 Guarantees.

Damage Control Commitment
If your product arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent with no hassle. After you provide a picture of the damage.

Print Alchemy Assurance
The print will be perfect. If there are any issues, it will be replaced with a flawless one. After you provide a picture of the issue.

Fit Whisperer Warranty
Size guaranteed based on listing chart. A free replacement will be sent for a size difference >1inch. After you provide a picture of the size difference.

Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?

Yes, our products are eco-friendly and sustainable due to reduced waste from POD manufacturing, the use of sustainable materials, energy-efficient practices, and decentralized local production, all contributing to a lower environmental impact compared to traditional manufacturing methods.

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 1-3 business days for a product manufacturing and additional 2-5 business days for shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been produced and shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

Are there any care instructions for the products?

Yes. For the best longevity of your product please follow the following care instructions:

Machine wash (inside out): cold (max 30°C or 90°F)
Tumble dry: low heat
Iron, steam or dry: medium heat
Do not dry-clean or bleach

What is your return and exchange policy?

As one of our primary goals is to combat overproduction, we custom-create every product to order specifically for you. Therefore, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.
